Are your products organic?
While we use the 'cleanest' ingredients we can, and do not use preservatives, corn syrup (in any form), or artificial flavors or sweeteners, we are not an organic bakery.

Do you make anything sugar-free?
As mentioned above, we do not use artificial sweeteners. We do use raw sugar, honey, and a special dark brown sugar. Because our products are all made with whole-milled flour that includes all of the natural oils, fiber, protein, and other nutrients, they have a lower glycemic index than baked goods made with white flour and white sugar. Therefore, even though we don't use sweeteners you would think of as good for sugar-sensitive individuals, we know that our products are a good alternative for many folks.
Do you make any gluten-free products?
The only products we make that do not include any flour (of any kind) are our Grab-A-Nola bars and Baked Oatmeal. We have a significant number of gluten-sensitive customers who are able to enjoy these products with no problem. We encourage our customers to investigate the concept of gluten-free. The cover story in the January edition of Consumer Reports is about gluten and gluten-free. It is informative and thorough.
